The Actvity panel display the all the pbx activity. 
The Activity Panel make you able to monitor the inbound/outbound calls, Answare selecting a call, place in hold, transfer and hangup.

In the Activity Panel,
  • The NOT answered calls will blink from green to red,
  • The ANSWERED calls are marked in green,
  • The hold calls are marked in yellow,
  • The selected call is marked with a white arrow.
 
All transactions (Anwer, hold, transfer, hangup) take place on selected call.
The active call is always selected by default.
