1. Object of the on-line contract and its definitions
As on-line sale contract is to understand the remote contract, that is the legal transaction that has as object mobile commodities or services drawn up between a supplier, Voix, and a consumer within a remote sales system managed by the supplier who, for this contract, uses exclusively the remote communication technology denominated "Internet". All contracts, therefore, will be directly drawn up through the consumer's access to the Internet site at the address www.voix.it, where, following the procedures indicated, he will draw up the contract for the purchase of the commodity.
As consumer is to understand the natural person who purchases commodities or services without a purpose refering directly to the profession that he might practise.
Here below are listed the sale conditions that will remain in force, until the supplier will change them. Any modification to the sale conditions that may be introduced will be in force starting from the moment of their pubblication on the Internet site www.voix.it and will concern all sales made starting from that moment on.
2. Sales prices and purchase conditions
All sales prices regarding products exposed and indicated inside the Internet site www.voix.it , which represent public offers in conformity of art. 1336 c.c., include vat and any other tax; the transport costs are clearly indicated in the specific site page, that the customer will carefully look over before confirming the purchase; in case of delivery abroad additional costs, that may result from taxes or charges requested by the regulations in force in the destination country, will be at the consumer's expense.
The purchase contract is concluded through the accurate fillin in and the consent to purchase represented by the acceptance given on-line.
The customer may pay the ordered commodities using the payment conditions indicated on-line during the purchase transaction.
3. Contract enforcement and delivery condicions
Voix will arrange delivery of products selected and ordered by customers, according to the conditions mentioned in the former article, through forwarding qualified agents.
In the case the consignee might not be at home at the moment of delivery, a notice will be left and the customer will have to contact directly as soon as possible the agent, in order to agree on the delivery terms.
The supplier assumes anyway no liability for delayed delivery or non-delivery due to uncontrollable or accidental events.
4. Products supply
The Customer may purchase products listed in the e-catalogue (available in the Internet site www.voix.it), and in the amounts available in stock. Should an order exceed the amount available in stock, the information system will admit the purchase only for those products that are available and will notify to the customer wether such product will be available in the future and the time required for supplying.
Prices and conditions of sale on all in-stock and special order merchandise are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information contained herein.
Voix makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, product editorials or product specifications. Product and manufacturer names are used only for the purpose of identification only.
The image displayed for every product might not be the exact picture. This is used for display purposes only.
Voix does not assume any liability for any inefficency due to uncontrollable events, such as accidents, explosions, fire, strikes and/or lockout, earthquakes, floadings and other similar events that should prevent at all or in part from putting into execution the contract within the time arranged.
Voix assumes no liability towards third parties, for damages, losses or costs due to the non-execution of the contract because of the events indicated above, having the consumer the only right to be refunded with the same amount he paid for. Likewise Voix assumes no liability for the fraudulent or illegal use that third parties might make of credit cards, cheques and other payment means during the transaction for paying the purchased products.
Voix, in fact, during the purchase transaction, is never in the position to know the credit card number of the purchaser, which, through a protected session, is directly submitted to the bank handling the service;
Likewise Voix is unable to control the correct and legal origin of the certificates of credit presented by the customer at the moment of commodities delivery.
6. Warranties and assistence condictions
Voix sell high quality products, covered by a minimum 12 to 24 months warranty starting from purchase date like DL 24/02 where all buyers that dont buy for your Job and work have 24month of warranty otherwise others buyers (like have in invoice Vat number) cannot have 24 months of warranty.
Usually such service is ensured directly by products manufacturers but, wether the customer would like to choose otherwise, he can be supported by Voix in all ways, in the stages of return and and warranty-covered product handling. For this reason, and in order to allow Voix staff to carry accurately out this task, the customer will have to compile online RMA form ask for the product return number. Anyway, the reference regulations and the warranty application conditions are those indicated by the producer in its certificate, always enclosed in the product.
7. PURCHASER OBBLIGATIONS
The consumer commits and binds himself, once concluded the on-line purchase transaction, to print and keep these general conditions, htat, on the other hand, he will have already looked over and accepted, since they represent a obbligatory stage during the purchase transaction, as well as the specifications of the purchased product, in order to fulfil entirely the conditions mentioned in art. 3 e 4 Law by Decr. n. 185/1999.
- 7.1 It is strictly prohibited to the customer to enter false and/or invented and/or fancy data in the registrationtransaction, which is necessary to start up the procedure carrying out this contract and the relating further communications; personal data and email must refer solely to real personal data and not to third parties or to fancy data. It is explicitly prohibited to make double registrations concerning a single person or to enter third parties data. Voix reserves its right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and in defence of all customers.
8. Withdrawal right
The consumer who for any reason might not feel satisfied by his purchase, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying his reasons.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.Within the same time the customer might send a telegram fax or email, that will have to be followed, within 24 hours, by the letter sent by recorded delivery with receipt notice confirming the notified withdrawal.
Always within hte deadline of 10 working days all purchased commodities will have to be returned to the supplier, being intact, packed in their original wrapping and including handbooks and other additional elements.
Return costs and the services chosen will be at the customer's expense and liability, who won't be refunded by Voix, in case of loss or damage of commodities. Moreover, it will be necessary to specify on the parcel the wording "Re: withdrawal, ord. n., invoice. n., sender".
The supplier's factory seal must be intact and unopened as shipped from our warehouse.
