There are Two ways to tranfer a call;

Consultative transfer

• Calling an extension (single click on an extension), select the call to transfer from the Activity Panel, and then press the transfer button .
  
  
  
  
  
• Drag end drop of a selected call (from the Activity Panel) to the wished Extension on the Extension Area.
• Calling an Extension with the keyboard, select the call to transfer from the Activity Panel, and then press the transfer button.

Blind Transfer

• Click the blind transfer button on the extension button, the activecall will be immediately transfered.
• Drag and Drop the active call from the activity panel to an available extension.
