You can make a call from every form at any moment, if you have an active call in progress, this will be placed automatically in Hold.

• 1) using the software keyboard and pressing the call button
• 2) using the pc keyboard
• 3) using an usb phone keyboard
• 4) Clicking an extension icon
• 5) Clicking a missed, answered, made call from the call report panel

Just compose the number and press the call button or the <return> key.

To call an extension click an extension button.
