To enable the Call Forwarding (FW),

• Select the Phone Option Setting and check the “Forward call to” check box. Fill the extension where forward the calls and press the Apply button.
• Enable/disabe it from the contextual menu
• Use the key shortcut ALT+F

All the incoming calls will be forwarded to the new extension - number.
You will have visualization of the status on the display with the “FWD icon”

If configured in Asterisk the extension button will change his status.
