If on Mac simple copy the binary file in your prefered place, then click on it, that's all.
If Windows run the installer.
If  Linux Extract the tar.gz file in your prefered place, then go into the extracted folder and run install.sh
(must be root to execute the intaller)

Don't forget to set up your Account preference In the Phone and Manager settings.
