Check that your firewall ports are opened, generally 4569 for IAX2 , 5038 for the Manager , check that the AMI is enabled on a pubblic address (manager.conf).

Note that you should not enable the AMI on a public IP address. If needed,
block this TCP port with iptables (or another FW software) and reach it with IPsec, SSH, or SSL vpn tunnel
