It would be nice when I click the transfer button it remains pressed down and click it back will release it. Example 1: Calls come in, pick-up call, click transfer (automatically call goes on hold), click destination ext or dial, transfer button releases automatically, transfer completed. Example 2: Call comes in, pick-up call, click transfer (call goes on hold), click transfer again (release and cancel the transfer) call comes back to operator.
Also I have ring groups, It would be nice if we can add them to the ext screen.

I didn't understand the need until I read example two. This would be a nice feature.
