It seems when I want to do a transfer at the manager from one ext to another, the end-up ext must be picked up first, after that I can proceed with the transfer. So basically the two ext must be off hook in order for a transfer to take place. I would like to be able to just pick an incoming call, put in on hold, and transfer it to an ext.

I would like to see this as well.. I want this so I can transfer people to users Voicemail. I can look and see that the requested person is unavailable, so i tell caller, \"She is unavailable, would you like to be transfered to their voicemail?\"
