Have downloaded the current build 1.0.2 for windows.

Has correct icon, but when you double click, nothing happens!

Can't find any processes relating to it either, so it doesn't appear to be 'stuck'.

Antivirus Blocking ?

seems some libraries are not installed.

Try to reinstall and disable the antivirus temporary

No antivirus on that machine. Happy to do any other data collection you need - but there have been no other installer issues noted oen that system.
