We are running Asterisk 1.4.18.1-2 (Trixbox) and have always used Ring Groups to handle incoming call routing. Now we want to switch over to queues, which is working fine. However, when using Voix Manager, I don't see the incoming calls in the Queues box. I will attach a screen shot and an extract from the Asterisk log. Any assistance or suggestions greatly appreciated.
