How does it work? 

It is realy simple, the customer calls directrly the toll free number of the call center and thruough the personal code the client gets qualified to approach the services.

The operator of the Call Center puts the client in touch with the translator in automatic and so in a moment is all done.

After a short presentation (the customer explains to the translator the context of the conversation) it will be the client her self to compose the number of the adressee (being guaranteed therefore the maximum confidentiality).

At the end of the call the customer, if she wishes it, can carry out a second call for the same linguistic combination.

Often numerous telephone conferences between two interlocutors are transformed in negotiations whom rest in time, for this, we offer the customer the possibility to directly demand to the operator of the Call Center the attendance of a determined translator that, until that moment, has managed its negotiations.
